Linda S. Flynn
Bio: Linda S. Flynn is an established healthcare consultant with experience covering all areas of commercial and hospital laboratory consulting, including business development, supply chain, practice management, space design, engagement delivery, and sales and marketing in for-profit and
not-for-profit healthcare settings. As a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, she has proven her ability to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and organizational effectiveness in complex healthcare settings such as academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, and reference laboratories.
Linda is a featured presenter at national and regional conferences introducing innovative approaches to laboratory business development and management. She directs business development and planning engagements designed to implement profitable programs in all aspects of laboratory
services delivery. Projects have included consolidation feasibility studies, market assessments for outreach and reference lab programs with financial, operational, and profitability modeling. She is skilled at using proprietary, financial, and consolidation modeling tools to aid in decision-making and understanding of business options and return on investment.
Linda holds an MBA in marketing from Northern Kentucky University, an MS in immunohematology from the University of Cincinnati, and a BS in medical technology from Eastern Kentucky University. Her Six Sigma Green Belt is from Navigant Consulting Inc.
