Jimmy Kendrick

Bio: James L. (Jimmy) Kendrick serves as Chief Operating Officer for MyGenetx Laboratories. Kendrick brings a successful track record of executive management in retail distribution, which gave him the unique perspective necessary to build out the field distribution and logistics for MyGenetx.

Kendrick founded Kentec Management Solutions, Inc. in 2002 to support manufacturers in the
hardware industry in sales and service to The Home Depot and Lowe’s. He transitioned the company to a new business model for contract resets with a quality temporary labor force to meet the changing needs of customers.

Kendrick previously served as President of the Gafford Group which grew from a startup company in 1986 to over 300 field service representatives with operations in all 48 contiguous states and Puerto Rico. Responsible for sales and service for multiple manufacturers servicing The Home Depot stores and Lowe’s Home Improvement Stores nationwide, he managed the operation as the company grew to $11 million in revenue. Similarly, he is tasked with forming the internal control and framework to build a large distribution force for MyGenetx.

Kendrick is very active in the community in which he lives and served two terms on the City Council. He attended Louisiana State University and David Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee.
