Katja Lehmann
Bio: Dr. Katja Lehmann has been working in the healthcare sector since 2005 and currently serves as Global Healthcare Consultant for Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD).
In Dr. Lehmann’s role as a global healthcare consultant, her primary focus and area of experience is applying and teaching lean tools to various parts of the laboratory (histology, immunohistochemistry, cytology, molecular, and microbiology). She also mentors laboratory supervisors and managers
through the implementation of process improvement projects to achieve better patient care—something she’s very passionate about.
Dr. Lehmann is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean expert.
